A project born from Vallagarina

The Vallagarina Wine House was founded in 1996 by over 35 producing members to combine their skills and commitment to promoting the area through its wines, traditions, and gastronomic excellence.
From the very beginning, the goal was to create a reality capable of representing Vallagarina in its authenticity, enhancing the work of local businesses and building a point of reference open to residents, visitors, and enthusiasts.
Even today, the cooperative continues to preserve this spirit, maintaining a strong connection with the local area and with the people who interpret its values every day.

Palazzo de Probizer, our home

Since 1996, the Casa del Vino has been based in the historic Palazzo de Probizer, one of the most representative buildings in Isera.
Its rooms tell centuries of history and retain the charm of a home that over time has become a symbol of Vallagarina's hospitality. Here the architectural heritage meets the daily life of the area, creating a welcoming environment where tradition and contemporaneity coexist naturally.

Today

Today, the Vallagarina Wine House continues to be a point of reference for the promotion of the area and its producers.
Inside the historic Palazzo de Probizer are the restaurant and the Wine Resort, where the cuisine values selected raw materials, fresh ingredients and local specialties. The menu follows seasonality and tells the story of the connection with the territory through dishes that interact with the wine list of the producing members.
The focus on the short supply chain, fresh produce, and the quality of raw materials helps create an authentic food and wine experience, where cuisine, hospitality, and tradition continue to tell the story of this valley.
