We present the culinary traditions of the Trentino region on a daily basis, together with a warm welcome, in our comfortable restaurant. Every day we offer a different menu, carefully prepared by our chef to complement the wines produced by the partners of the Casa del Vino. The products we select come from small local producers, both from the agricultural and dairy sectors.
The characteristic interior and exterior spaces where the restaurant is located make the historic Palazzo de Probizer the ideal place to welcome you. In fine weather, the terrace overlooking the Adige Valley becomes a unique setting where you can spend pleasant moments in the open air. We also serve delicious afternoon snacks and aperitifs. A complete menu, which can be enjoyed at any time of the day.

We follow the seasonality and daily supply of the local market, being inspired by what nature and local producers offer us every day. Creating a unique menu, different from day to day, allows us to vary the proposal and offer our guests an experience that is always new, authentic and linked to the moment.
