In the heart of Isera, just minutes from Rovereto, Casa del Vino della Vallagarina is a restaurant where the local area enters your plate every day.
Our cuisine follows the seasons, enhances local products and is born from the collaboration with small producers from Vallagarina and Trentino. We believe in the short supply chain, selected raw materials, fresh ingredients, and a gastronomy that puts the territory, the people, and the pleasure of the table at its center.
Inside the historic Palazzo de Probizer and with a panoramic terrace overlooking the Vallagarina, we welcome every day those who wish to stop for lunch, dinner, or simply to experience a convivial moment in an authentic and welcoming environment.

Only one different menu every day

Every day our chef offers a route consisting of an appetizer, a first and a second, designed according to seasonality, the products available and what the area offers at the best time. You won't find a traditional card: we prefer to devote our attention to few proposals, prepared every day with fresh ingredients, local products, zero km products and the vegetables of our garden.
Our little dessert list changes every month, making room for seasonality and creative cooking. Our philosophy is simple: wine accompanies cooking. Each dish was created to create the right pairing with the wines of Vallagarina, enhancing the local gastronomic tradition through a modern reinterpretation that puts the taste, the territory and the quality of the raw materials at the centre.

The wine list includes over 150 labels exclusively from Vallagarina producers. A selection that tells the story of the work of local companies and accompanies the cuisine every day, creating a natural dialogue between dish and glass.
