Paltis

Paltis is a Trentino winemaking company that interprets the mountain area with selective viticulture.

Each vineyard is studied for altitude, soil and exposure. In the cellar, technical rigor and respect guide a production of 10–12 thousand bottles a year, with refinements in barriques and amphorae, a coherent expression of the place.

CHARDONNAY
IGT DOLOMITI

Bright golden yellow. On the nose ripe fruit, white flowers, Mediterranean herbs and light mineral notes, with hints of vanilla and spices from the barrique. In the mouth it is elegant and harmonious, with lively freshness, saltiness and mineral texture. Amphora gives verticality, wood roundness. Long, clean and saline finish.

TERRA PIENA
IGT DOLOMITI

Deep ruby red with purple highlights. On the nose ripe fruit (blackberry, plum, black cherry) with sweet spices, cocoa and tobacco. In the mouth it is deep and velvety, with well-integrated tannins, good freshness and long persistence, in balance between power and elegance.

PINOT NERO
IGT DOLOMITI

Bright ruby with garnet reflections. On the nose red fruits (cherry, raspberry, currant), floral notes and light sweet spices. On the palate it is elegant and silky, with fine tannins, good freshness and harmonic persistence, in balance between delicacy and depth.
