Grigolli Bruno Wine-making Company

This small wine-making company, with a vineyard covering about two hectares, is located above the inhabited part of ​​Mori Vecchio, a particularly well-renowned area for the production of red wines. The company's philosophy is to obtain the highest quality by producing in small quantities and macerating for 4-5 weeks, followed by ageing in barrels for at least 24 months, and lengthy bottle ageing.

TRAMINER

Produced from Traminer grapes, vinified in white, it presents a brilliant golden yellow colour. The scent is aromatic, complex, fruity and floral with spicy notes. The flavour is intense, sapid and balanced.

DUMALIS UVAGGIO ROSÈ

A rosé wine obtained from Cabernet and Merlot varieties by means of the Salasso vinification method. It is a fresh, elegant wine, rich in fruity fragrances.

NOAL | MERLOT

This Merlot wine is the utmost expression of terraced vineyards above the Mori Vecchio habitat. The result is wine with sweet, velvety tannins that blend well into its elegant, full-bodied structure. The aroma is intense and inviting. Notes of ripe berries, violet, red fruits, cherries and plums.

GERMANO | CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Pure DOC Cabernet Sauvignon with complex, full, enveloping fragrances. The taste is aromatic, full-bodied and well-structured, correctly tannic and outstandingly persistent.

TRILOGIA | CABERNET E MERLOT

A Red Trentino wine that embodies all the features of the three used to produce it, enhancing the finesse of the Merlot, the character of the Cabernet Franc and the nobility of the Cabernet Sauvignon.
